Ok last weeks buzz was all about the iPhone but news seems to be still trickling in about this device even though its not do out till some time in June if you can get your hands on one. I wanted to share this video from CBS News because it really shows someone going though the iPhone’s interface and showing off some of the features. This is a great way to actually see how the proximity sensor stuff work on he device.

Here are some of my issues I’m having with the current information of the phone.

Sad news tho:

No 3g: Meaning your stuck with Cingular’s Edge no Next Gen HSDPA

2 year contract with Cingular Opps I Mean AT&T Now and as far as I know now discounts for 2 year meaning the price is $499 for 4 gig or $599 for 8 gig

Cant install your custom applications. I believe Apple is going to really lock down this phone and only allow the apps they want to reach the phone via iTunes. I’m not sure if this bothers me to much because I have only ever really installed one or two apps on my Pocket PC phone.

Granted those arn’t super huge deals to me right now, It does suck since im a Sprint Customers and will have to either cancel my Sprint service which I like and get Cingular or get yet another phone.. We will see how this plays out.
